Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would highly recommend Tony/All Things Remodelling (ATR) without hesitation for the renovation work they did on two of our bathrooms in Glen Burnie/Pasadena.

Pricing: His quote was fair and clearly laid out from the start, and there were no surprise charges once the work was underway. Compared to other estimates we received, his pricing held up, and the cost reflected the quality of work rather than cutting corners.

Communication: He communicated clearly and consistently throughout the project. He was easy to reach, gave realistic timelines, and kept us informed about material choices and decisions as they came up. We always knew where things stood and provided great feedback if our selected materials were unavailable or of lesser quality.

Skill/Experience: He and his employees were extremely reliable and skilled, and it showed in the quality of the finish. He was careful and precise with the details, and both bathrooms turned out exceptionally well.

Overall, a solid experience working with someone who was straightforward, reliable, and skilled at the trade. We intend to use them again for future projects.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My bathroom shower door exploded! Yes exploded and cracked my shower tile and even revealed some not so great work from a previous contractor. I worked with Tony and his team and it was outstanding. Not only did they help me and walk me through dealing with insurance but also made higher quality and better choice fit into my budget. They always cleaned up and were beyond professional. Any questions were answered and everything was very well priced. Best of all, things were on time. The only hold up was materials I bought that hadn’t been delivered. I will reuse them again. If you are I. The Linthicum/Glen Burnie area you must check them out. I am beyond pleased.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This company did our unplanned renovation back in January. Tony was able to get a team to our house to rebuild our entire lower level, plus new flooring in our dining room and new tile in our master bathroom. After the water damage destroyed our drywall, things had to be demo'd down to the studs. But they put the whole house back together, painted my kitchen, and finished several days ahead of schedule! The new recessed lighting looks amazing, too. We'll definitely be calling ATR for any future projects.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So Tony did a hall way bathroom for me about 4 years ago in Columbus MD, he did such an outstanding job Thant I knew I had to call him back to do the master bathroom. I had an old outdated tub, he removed it and installed a soaking tub. Once again he did an outstanding job, clean and professional. I would not hesitate to call him back again and again or refer him. Theses are some before and after pictures.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Tony Ruffin and All Things Remodeling for any project, big or small!
Tony just finished our full basement remodel and the results are absolutely stunning – beautiful craftsmanship, thoughtful design suggestions, and everything completed on schedule. What really stood out was how clean and respectful he and his crew were: they protected our floors, cleaned up completely at the end of every single day, and were genuinely nice, trustworthy people to have in our home near Arnold.

If you want a contractor who treats your house like his own, communicates clearly, and delivers top-quality work without the usual headaches, call Tony at All Things Remodeling. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely have him back for future projects!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. From start to end Tony and his team kept me and my family informed. When we started working together we weren’t sure of the set up we wanted for our basement remodel, but Tony was patient and guided us to the perfect execution. Thank you for your help.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tony and his crew did a wonderful job with our Attic renovation!! The work was downs in a reasonable amount of time, meeting my deadline. The attic was completely unfinished when we started- they installed floors, drywall, custom built cabinets and built me a custom desk and window seat in the dormers! I couldn’t be happier with our new space.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This has honestly been the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. From day one, Tony and his team made us feel comfortable and confident that our home was in the right hands. They replaced our flooring and renovated both of our bathrooms here in Crofton, MD, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. They communicated with us, respected our home, and the quality of the work is gorgeous. We’re so happy with how everything turned out, and we’ll definitely work with them again

Recognizing the Signs: Is It Time for Basement Remodeling in Pasadena?

Time to Call a Professional?

Homeowners in Pasadena often overlook specific signs that their basement needs remodeling. These signs are usually subtle at first but can rapidly escalate into serious issues if not addressed promptly.

Excessive dampness or mold growth, signaling poor ventilation or waterproofing issues
Cracks in the wall or floor, indicating foundational problems
Outdated or inefficient layout obstructing functionality and usage
Water stains on walls or flooring, a sign of potential leaks or flooding
Outmoded decor or finishes, reducing the overall aesthetic appeal and value of your home

Understanding the Cost Factors of Basement Remodeling in Pasadena

Transparent Pricing for Your Basement Transformation

Investing in basement remodeling in Pasadena is a decision influenced by numerous factors. Each project is unique, and therefore, the cost can vary significantly based on the specifics of your remodeling vision.

Scope and Size: The scale of your project directly impacts the cost. A simple refresh will cost less than a complete transformation or expansion of your basement.
Condition of Your Basement: The current state of your basement can influence the cost. Older, neglected spaces may require more work, such as damp proofing or structural repairs, before the remodeling can begin.
Materials Used: High-end finishes, custom cabinetry, or luxury flooring options will increase the project cost. Choosing mid-range or budget-friendly materials can help keep costs down.
Project Complexity: If your remodel involves complex design elements, like a home theater setup or a wet bar, the cost will be higher. Simpler designs are typically more budget-friendly.
Urgency: A fast-tracked project often comes with a higher price tag. Sufficient planning time allows for cost-effective sourcing of materials and labor.
