Pricing: His quote was fair and clearly laid out from the start, and there were no surprise charges once the work was underway. Compared to other estimates we received, his pricing held up, and the cost reflected the quality of work rather than cutting corners. Communication: He communicated clearly and consistently throughout the project. He was easy to reach, gave realistic timelines, and kept us informed about material choices and decisions as they came up. We always knew where things stood and provided great feedback if our selected materials were unavailable or of lesser quality. Skill/Experience: He and his employees were extremely reliable and skilled, and it showed in the quality of the finish. Yes exploded and cracked my shower tile and even revealed some not so great work from a previous contractor. I worked with Tony and his team and it was outstanding. Not only did they help me and walk me through dealing with insurance but also made higher quality and better choice fit into my budget. They always cleaned up and were beyond professional. Any questions were answered and everything was very well priced. Best of all, things were on time. The only hold up was materials I bought that hadn’t been delivered. I will reuse them again. Tony was able to get a team to our house to rebuild our entire lower level, plus new flooring in our dining room and new tile in our master bathroom. After the water damage destroyed our drywall, things had to be demo'd down to the studs. But they put the whole house back together, painted my kitchen, and finished several days ahead of schedule! So Tony did a hall way bathroom for me about 4 years ago in Columbus MD, he did such an outstanding job Thant I knew I had to call him back to do the master bathroom. I had an old outdated tub, he removed it and installed a soaking tub. Once again he did an outstanding job, clean and professional. I would not hesitate to call him back again and again or refer him.
